    Staff Nurse

    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for providing and implementing patient care in assigned areas of nursing units.
    • Responsible for carrying out of doctor’s orders accurately and management of the physical environment of the unit.
    • Performs/Coordinates with all the departments of the hospital as needed.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assess patients’ needs and provide direct nursing care; collect data about the patient, observe and inspect patient; review clinical records; know the medical diagnosis and positively seek information from the physician and other personnel caring for the patient.
    • Carry and interpret physicians order to achieve the most effective results; relate physician’s order to appropriate family member, who are with the patients.
    • Plan patient care with physicians; communicate patients’ needs and problems to physician and check on documentation process; evaluate effectiveness of care plan, comfort and safety of nursing care, and agree to which patients needs and problems are being met.

    Qualification:

    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with updated/valid PRC license
    • Preferably with BLS, IV Therapy training and ACLS but not required
    • Excellent nursing care skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
    • Organized, dependable and can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
    • Willing to work in shifting hours and during holidays.

    ER Nurse Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for assigning staff and monitoring their activities and training new personnel in the department.
    • Acts as an interface between staff, patients, and the patients’ families, as well as between staff and the hospital’s physicians.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that the number of nurses assigned to each shift and the care provided to patients is appropriate and comprehensive, and that staff-patient interactions are handled the right way.
    • Promote patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals, teaching and counseling patient, friends, and family, and reinforcing their understanding of disease, medications, and self-care skills.
    • Provide information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests.
    • Resolve patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Protect patients and employees by developing and interpreting infection-control policies and protocols, enforcing medication administration, storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
    • Maintain patient confidence and protects operations by monitoring confidential information processing.
    • Maintain documentation of patient care services by auditing patient and department records.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing with valid license
    • Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration or any related field.
    • At least 2 years working experience as Emergency Room Nurse Supervisor.
    • Ability to plan, organize, and direct the Emergency Room Department
    • Must be approachable and exhibit flexibility and positive interpersonal skills.

    Job Summary:

    • Interact directly with a patient’s family members to answer their questions and ease their concerns.
    • Communicate clearly and proactively with surgeons, anesthesia services, administration, surgery scheduling, peer clinical leadership and own department teammates to assure clinical excellence in every case.
    • Manage all aspects of Operating Room and Procedure Room functions and take responsibility for all decontamination and sterilization of surgical instrumentation and equipment in department.
    • Complete all documentation to ensure the availability of accurate and up to date information in accordance with established standards.
    • Adhere to established facility safety requirements and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing with valid license
    • Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration or any related field.
    • At least 2 years working experience as Operating Room Nurse Supervisor
    • Ability to plan, organize, and direct the Operating Room Department
    • Must be approachable and exhibit flexibility and positive interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and organization skills.
    • Knowledge of typical Operating Room equipment required.

    Audit Officer

    Job Summary:

    • Conducts regular audits on compliance with the Company’s existing processes and policies, ensuring compliance to standards and regulatory requirements
    • Reports audit findings, recommends improvements and assists in process or policy documentation.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute assigned audit engagements. Must be actively involved in the review of extensive audit assignments and special projects, in accordance with the approved work plan and acceptable professional standard.
    • Review company finances to ensure accuracy and integrity.
    • Evaluate potential risks that might hinder organizational objectives.
    • Design detailed audits based on risk assessments.
    • Review and test processes, such as checking the accuracy of financial and system entries or validating the protocols, to confirm their effectiveness.
    • Make sure internal processes adhere to external regulations and company policies.
    • Document findings and recommend improvements post-audit.
    • Share findings and best practices with relevant departments.
    • Suggest measures to prevent errors, fraud, or regulations breaches.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably Accountancy or Banking and Finance.
    • With 2 years’ experience in Treasury and Internal Audit procedures.
    • Analytic, Detail Oriented, Highly Adaptable, Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
