Dr. Jesus C. Delgado Memorial Hospital offers two kinds of maternity packages, ALL-IN Package and OPEN Package.

Availing of maternity package is upon admission. You may coordinate it with our Admitting Office at 8924-4051 to 65 ext. 412.

However, you need to discuss your maternity plans first to your Obstetrician. Availing of the maternity package will be based on your case and advice of your doctor.

You must first discuss your maternity plans with your obstetrician and the package recommended by them. Availing of the maternity package is upon admission.

If you availed the closed package with ward room, you may only upgrade it to a semi-private room.

If you availed the open package with a small private room, you may only upgrade it into big private room.

Since every pregnancy is unique, the professional fee is dependent on the evaluation of your obstetrician. You may negotiate the fee with your doctor.

If you do not yet have an OB-GYNE doctor for your maternity needs, you may proceed to the FTMU Office from Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 5pm. Our officer will recommend an available doctor at the time of your visit.

Online Consultation:

3. Indicate the name of the doctor and preferred schedule. It is advisable to book the consultation at least a day before the preferred schedule.

Face-to-face Consulation:

1. Visit the JDMH website for the list of doctors: https://jdmh.ph and click on the doctors tab on the menu bar.
2. Click the specialty of the subspecialty of your preferred doctor and choose the doctor among the list. The schedule and secretary details of the doctor are indicated in their profiles.
3. Contact the secretary to inquire or book an appointment.

Online consultation is P600 and can be paid via bank transfer (Metrobank or BDO). Face-to-face consultations range from P600 to P1,000 depending on the doctor's fee.

Patients who will undergo elective procedures may inquire about the availability of rooms for reservation by contacting the Admitting Office at 8924-4051 to 65 ext. 412.

A room can only be reserved for 3 hours. If you have not been admitted within this timeframe, our Admitting personnel will inform you that the room may be assigned to another patient.

There are 3-4 beds in a ward room.

If you finalize your request for transfer to another room within 12 hours from the time of admission:

To upgrade from a ward or semi-private room to a private or suite room – the rate will be adjusted to the new, higher room rate retroactively (taking effect from the time of admission)
To downgrade from a private or suite room to a ward or semi-private room –the charge will be at 50/50 (lower room rate – 50%; higher room rate – 50%)
If you finalize your request for transfer (upgrade or downgrade) to another room 12 hours after admission:

The charge will be at 50/50 (original rate – 50%; new rate – 50%)
A transfer room fee will be applied in all such cases.
In the event that a patient needs to be moved to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the family of the patient shall be informed that the original room will be assigned to another patient within 1 to 2 hours after the ICU transfer.

Parking Rates:

Motorcyles:
● First two hours: P30.00
● Succeeding per hour: P15.00

Regular Vehicles:
● First two hours: P50.00
● Succeeding per hour: P15.00

Parking reminders:
1. Please do not leave your valuables inside your vehicle. The Hospital will not be liable for any loss of property or damage to the vehicle.
2. Please observe common parking courtesy.
3. Should you lose your parking ticket, the parking attendant will require you to present proofs of ownership such as the vehicle OR/CR and your driver’s license.

Admitted patients are granted free parking from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM only. Each parking ticket must be validated at the Nurse Station before presenting it to the parking attendant.

Visitors/relatives of patients who will park their vehicles at the parking area before 10:00 PM shall be charged the flag-down rate upon entry.

The Holy Mass is regularly celebrated at the JDMH lobby during the following days:

● Every 1st Friday of the month
● Every Saturday

For personal requests for priest visit, sacrament of reconciliation (confession), anointing of the sick, holy communion, spiritual counseling, and the like, please notify our Information Desk personnel.

Yes, Delgado Hospital has a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit which included incubators.
